I started this studio because I kept seeing the same pattern across every industry I worked in: good businesses with real momentum getting slowed down by unclear messaging, underperforming websites, scattered tools, messy follow-up, and experiences that took too much effort to manage. Not because the business was bad. Because the structure underneath it was not built for where it was going next.
ACF Studios exists to help founder-led businesses build the structure behind their next stage: clearer branding, stronger digital experiences, smarter systems, and creative work that actually supports growth.
Meet Ali.
ACF Studios is led by me, Ali Feuring: designer, strategist, business owner, and professional dot-connector.
I did not get here through a neat, polished career path.
Thank god.
My background runs through NYC hospitality, tech, e-commerce, marketing, small business operations, startups, family businesses, corporate spaces, and creative direction. I've worked behind the bar, inside software companies, on small teams where everyone wears seven hats, and inside businesses trying to grow faster than their systems could keep up.
NYC hospitality
I got my start in NYC hospitality, working my way up from bussing tables to managing a bar. That world teaches you fast. You learn how people move, how service breaks down, how one bad handoff can throw off the whole experience, and how much invisible structure it takes to make something feel effortless.
Hospitality tech & SaaS
From there, I moved into hospitality tech and SaaS sales, working with small and mid-sized restaurants and breweries across the country. I saw how software could make a business smoother, faster, and more profitable, or make everyone want to throw the iPad in the trash.
Where design clicked
Design is not just decoration. It is how people understand you. It is how they move through your business. It is how they decide whether to trust you, buy from you, book with you, or keep scrolling.
Pretty is nice. Pretty helps. But pretty without strategy is just sitting there looking cute.
That is why I do not look at a website, brand, or system in isolation. I look at how the whole thing works together: the creative, the structure, the user experience, the systems behind the scenes, and whether what we build actually makes the business easier to run.
That is the whole point.

ACF Studios was built for business owners who are brilliant at what they do, but tired of carrying the whole backend in their head. The ones who have the offer, the customers, the momentum, and the vision, but need the branding, website, systems, and user experience to finally work together.

I am not here to make things pretty for the sake of pretty. I am here to help build something that works.

Good design should make the next step obvious.
A strong website should guide people, not make them hunt for the point.
Systems should create breathing room, not more admin.
User experience should feel intentional from the first click to the final step.
And growth should not make the business feel less like yours.

I'm a New York native, so I'm direct by default.
I like clear conversations, smart decisions, and getting to the point without overcomplicating what is already obvious.
I'll be honest with you, but the goal is clarity, not criticism. I'm not here to judge what feels messy. I'm here to understand what is happening, connect the dots, and help figure out what actually needs attention.
