This page explains what information ACF Studios ("we," "us") collects through acfstudios.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

The only information you actively give us comes through the contact form: your name, email address, business or website (optional), the kind of help you're looking for, and your message. You choose what to send.

We also collect basic, anonymized usage data through analytics tools (described below) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. There are no accounts to create.

Analytics & cookies

This site uses two analytics services that set cookies and collect standard technical data such as your IP address (typically truncated or anonymized), device and browser type, referring source, and the pages you view:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google) — aggregate traffic, sources, and which pages and actions (such as submitting the contact form) are used most.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — anonymized heatmaps and session replays of how visitors move through pages. Clarity masks form inputs and text content by default; we do not use it to read what you type.

We use this only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it. You can opt out using your browser's cookie controls, a tracker-blocking extension, or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How your submission is handled

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers your message to our inbox. The site is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers may keep standard request logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability — typical of any website. The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts; in serving those fonts, Google may receive your IP address.

How we use it

We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss working together. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.

Keeping & deleting it

We keep inquiry emails as long as we need them to correspond and for our own records. You can ask us to delete information you've sent at any time.

Your choices

To request a copy of, or deletion of, the information you've shared, email hello@acfstudios.io. You can always reach us by email instead of using the form.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
